Ya im leaning towards 50/50 water/glycerin to make a suspension instead. Would rather avoid alcohol to be honest.

Get a #1 cap filler, caps and dextrose. Depending on the brand it’s usually the same consistency/density as var. Super easy and more convenient to dose imo.

I understand, that a solution with Oxa/VAR is hard.
Im a little bit scared of a Suspension. That means some crystalize are in the liquid and before I take 1ml I need the shake the bottle hard?
What would be the best way for 50mg/1ml. I have PEG-400 and Ethanol 96,5%. A mix of both or only one?

So, I think I have wasted 2,5g Oxa 
My first try, was a recipe I found here:
50mg@1ml:
2,5g Anavar
47,5mg of PEG-400 and Ethanol 96% (50:50)
The problem: I pour everything in a glass beaker. And the crystals from Oxa hang on the glass beakers sides...
The second one: I pour everything in the 50ml dropper bottle.

37,5ml PEG-400
10ml Ethanol (96%)
My thought was, I put a little bit ethanol in it for 1. Bacteria 2. A little bit thiner.
Can I use the second variant? It looks a little bit unclear and the Anavar seems not to be dissolve....

Var is gritty you need to mortar and pestle the shit out of it before trying to make a suspension and/or solution.
Suspensions are easy, 10% alcohol, 40% glycerin, 40% PG, are able to suspend most fine powders.
Solutions are harder and in some cases not possible due to bad solubility of the raw.
I personally go with suspensions, but I want to experiment in the near future with cyclodextrins for sublingual delivery of compounds and making them into gummy bear sublingual lozenges

Still use alcohol in the mix (vodka is fine) it will inhibit any bacterial growth and give you a longer shelf life over all , doesn’t have to be much just 10-15%+

Is it necessary to heat the PG with raw?
I think I have now a 50mg@1ml Suspension.
After a while the powder is on the ground. (Like a snowball Shake)
If I shake it hardly and immediately draw it with a dropper Im fine…. Right…?

Yeah more or less you are fine. Solutions are really necessary for those ingredients that need mcg accuracy. 2-3 mg more or less anavar ain't gonna hurt you
