One week out front my next meet. Feels weird to not lift all week, what the hell do I do in the morning lol

Feel real confident about goals, had to keep upping them since taking docs advise on new coach and peaking program. I am stronger now than ever. cant wait to test out the new maxes!!!

never saw season one so that gives me more things to do lol

I was thinking of trying a yoga class Tuesday morning, its a beginner class so it might help with stretching me out, I am so damm tight always, and really working on this
 
Did my yoga this morning, It was a nice way to keep my schedule going in the morning and felt very good afterwards. I do have to admit after 40 minutes of yoga and a hot shower. I felt like a million bucks.

On a better note, sent in my openers for this weekend, when I got the confirmation I noticed that my openers total more than where I finished 5 months ago, and much higher than I thought 8 weeks ago :)
