Hilmar in Cali sells a large percentage of the world's cheese and obviously the by product is whey. They sell a wide range of whey proteins (80-90+). They sell straight whey for cheap money but you need an LLC to get a quote and they emailed me saying that you needed to be contracted to take 10,000lbs every 3 months or something like that. Anyone know of any companies that buy their protein and sell it as is, obviously at a higher price?
