Greetings everyone. New to the board after a 20 year hiatus from PED use. Been training for over 25 years, now in my 40's. Recently switched back to more physique / BBing goals, as I had been doing more strength training / powerlifting for the past 3-4 years. I'm here to continue to learn and hopefully contribute to the community as much as I can. Worked in the healthcare field prior to retiring early, so I have some background in terms of the health impacts of some of the decisions were make, as well as too much exposure than i care to admit to the buffoonery that goes on in medicine and the lack of understanding / capacity to keep folks like us healthy. I went pretty hard in the paint in my 20's, did some local and regional comps, and had some health scares as a result. I learned a valuable lesson that while I have decent genetics for strength and size, my body is very sensitive to some of the common side effects we encounter, so dosages stay at rock bottom. At my age I'm looking to look and feel as good as I can and stay healthy. For me, that means less than 500 mg / week at the absolute most (usually just 200 mg test weekly and once or twice a year will add 200 mg of mast or primo for a short while), with 2-4 iu GH and some peptides. I'm a bit of a science nerd and I can't get over how impactful these GLP-1 (and 2 and 3) drugs are / will be for this sport. Insulin sensitivity (and the impact that has on what GH dosages people can safely run), making dieting a breeze, reducing cravings for most of the deadly sins (not all). Really revolutionary compounds.

Anyway, happy to be back in a community such as this. Hoping to be of some use to others.

We are similar. I am actually 1 month out from running my first cycle in 22 years.
Just gonna be 300mg test prop, 3.3ius GH (I’ve been on GH a while now, it’s a must at our age) maybe sprinkle some Anavar in as a pwo. Planning to run that 8-10 weeks then settle into a nice Test C or E cruise on the high side of normal. Currently I’m just on 3.3iu GH nightly. But I know being in my 40s and about to blast for the first time in 22 years there’s little chance what little natural nut juice I got Is going to return so I’m just gonna settle into that cruise/TRT at the end.
Planning to just occasionally blast with prop and a couple other goodies occasionally after that. I wanna look better than all my other 40 something mates lol. Most of them definitely look their age. I been a good boy staying natural the last 22 years! I deserve to be able to play a little now right? lol my last cycle was in 01 Test, Wini, and var….anyway cool to see someone with a similar mission as me around.

Congrats brother. My plans have evolved a bit but the dosages are still modest. 350 test 350 promo 4 iu GH and Reta. I look and feel incredible. I’m fanatical about my bloodwork, Bp, and aggressive lipid management.
