Music to my ears, but part of me really wanted to see the states do this in defiance of the SCOTUS. Oh well, Nullification is already underway with the EPA and Texas so that is as good a starting point as any. I bet Obama is regretting dissing the Supreme Court during the SOTU address and pissing off swing voter Justice Kennedy to the point where he announced he will stay in office until Obama is out of office. I wonder what message is being sent there? Hint: I don't think its subtle.

The arguments are sound, but other pieces -even by liberal professors - are starting to sound the same tone. Even they know the Pandora's box this will open for Congressional superpower and know that possibly as soon as 2013 the shoe will be on the other foot. If you are religious and want to bow to federal supremacy - both liberal and conservative depending on the year - and see your liberties shrink away to nothing, then by all means pray for ObamaCare to survive the constitutional challenge.
