Oatmeal, how do you do yours?

What’s up boys

I was bulking for a while just using Quaker flavoured packs, not really caring about sugar. Cutting down now. How do you flavour your plain oats? Any sugar free flavour ingredients? Let me know!!

take it easy
 
Chocolate protein powder (this is a must)
Cinnamon
Honey
Almond milk

I cook it with just the oats and almond milk and then add the protein, etc. after
 
I throw in my coffee grinder and turn it into a powder. Then I throw it in my shake which consists of almond milk, two containers Greek yogurt, banana, spinach, and a ton of natural peanut butter
 
When I used to eat oats... steel cut oats only (no instant processed stuff that is just an insulin spike) w/ a little cinnamon, nutmeg on occasion, and stevia is all I ever used if I wanted a little sweetness. I'm an outlier but I could eat steel cut oats without anything all day long as well.
 
I personally love the flavor of plain oatmeal, but it’s definitely even better with blueberries and cinnamon. My favorite is banana heated up to release the sugars into the oatmeal if you have room for it in your calories. Protein powder is pretty good too.
 
Plain oats, soaked over night in water with cinnamon sprinkled on top and 2 packets of Splenda, added blueberries and raspberries and 2 hardboil eggs all topped with a few pinches of either iodine salt or pink salt every damn day...and sometimes 2 tablespoons of pb on top to mix in


Sams club sales a gigantic 5 gallon bucket of oats i get them delivered from time to time
 
I mix unflavored steelcut oats with with little all natural vanilla and macadamia granola ( just little for the flavor )
 
I know this thread is like a couple of weeks old but have you ever tried steel oats with a scoop of protein with stevia , blueberries and sliced bananas
