I have about 3 weeks until I start blasting so started working on my diet now so when the blast comes I will have the kinks worked out. I am no nutrition expert so hopefully someone can help me with my macros. A 500g deficit puts me at 2,411 cals a day. I am planning on a 40/40/20 split between protein (241g), fat (107g) and carbs (121g). Although, mid-cycle I do plan on reducing carbs below 100g to help body fat. My meals from yesterday are attached.. So I was over on everything except protein where I was short. So today I cut out the Gatorade in the morning which gets me below carbs. I am thinking the fats at lunch came from the greek salad, I should cut the dinner carbs and add back the Gatorade maybe?

"Breakfast" starts at 530am for me and I hit the gym at 6am. The RTD in the snack was post-workout.

Lower the Fat to 80g and under.. Increase carb to 200-250- on weight days and drop to 50-100g on cardio/day off...You'll need carb to power you on those heavy lift days! low carb= shitty ass workout! But everything looks good! Also, cut your sugar intake (I think Gatorade got a shit load of sugar!)

Should I consume a majority of those carbs pre and post workout then go light carbs for lunch and even lighter for dinner? yeah Gatorade has 35g of sugar.. It is about all the sugar I have during the day. In this meal I had a total of 44g of sugar.. I dont drink cokes or anything loaded with sugar except Gatorade.

Any reason your eating almost half your calories in one meal?

No.. It wasn't by design.. Just worked out that way. Their site says the grilled beef tenderloin is 802 calories but it comes with a horseradish dipping sauce that I can't stand.. Maybe the sauce it jacking up the calories.

calorieking.com has beef tenderloin at 202 cals per 4oz and 32g of protein.. hard to believe a sauce could have that many cals if the beef is actually 4oz at Taziki's
