I've been taking ergopharm's norandrodiol select 300 for about two weeks now @ 900mg ed. I recently read that adding 5-AD to this would increase the effect of the nor. I was wondering how much to take and what is the most nor anyone has taken/should take per day? The 5-AD product is 5 Diol 250 by AST Sports Science. It recommends 500mg ed. Should I take more or less since I'm stacking it? I am also taking 300mg of 6-OXO @ bedtime everyday to help reduce estrogen levels and maintain testosterone.

Look all over the board for others taking what you're taking. Not many huh? That should clue you in.

You need to find out a few things, half lives of the stuff and the absorption rate from each dose and at what doseage it is most effective.

I don't think the 6OXO needs to be taken until after the cycles over.
