I've struggle with some manageable fatigue that seems to make me a little more sluggish than I should be during workouts. I've tried to compensate in different ways. I've tried not being a bitch and that has been fine, but recently I've been adding nootropics to the mix. Nootropics like dietary supplements that give you a little motivational boost.
Was wondering if anyone else has experience with this + what your recommendations would be.
So far, I've tried
I've also seen improvemnet with antidepressants like buproprion, which makes me wonder what other prescription drugs out there could have a nice anti-fatigue effect. The cause of this cellular type fatigue is an autoimmune disease.
