Looking for a protein that’s easiest on the stomach I’m lactose intolerant and all whey makes me feel like shit for hours after. I have some vegan protein but you need about 5 scoops to equal out and tastes like dirt mixed with shit
I even tried the redcon beef protein and feel like shit from that too I’m guessing maybe the sucralose but that doesn’t bother me with any other products containing sucralose.
