No2

Its total crap. Send your money to me instead. Youd still be out the money, but I could go buy some stuff. :)

Exactly how i feel too.. but i have problems explaining to my friends why its bullshit.. any anwsers bob?

Ask them what results they have achieved with this new "wonder product." They might get better pumps in the gym, but a pump has no bearing on growth. The SuperSlow lifting method will cause a pump and soreness, but it too is also useless for muscle growth.

Here is a good article to read about nitric oxide products, of which NO2 is one. http://www.t-mag.com/nation_articles/300nak.jsp

i took a few of those things claiming to give you a good pump. i got them all for free while a buddy was working at GNC. myoplex or something was the best one, if you can get it for what i paid, $0, take it. if not, its a waste.

I work at GNC and have a lot of people come in and tell me it works. They also say they have to take a multi vitamine with it so I am thinkin that they are just absorbing there nutrients to get big due to the multi vitamine. I personally tried it and thought it was total shit.

I hear the only thing it is good for is a hangover. I will tell you this my buddy Kris Dimm (hehe so I am name dropin) own's 2 Max Muscles and the only thing he uses out of his stores are the following:
Protien
Glutimine
Creatine
Multi Vit.
So what does that tell you about every other Suplement.

That he orders from Mexico. :D

NO2 and other similar products may help give an increased pump, but that has nothing to do with growth. Its a scam. You can get NO2 by sucking on the exhaust pipe of your car for free.

tried no2 and got nothing from it. zip. no pumps, no strength, no growth. dunno, maybe it's just me.
I think one supplement that does not get enough talk about is vanadyl. The only one that works on my is the vanadyle ph from Sprotpharma. It gives amazing pumps especially if you take it with creatine. They seem to work real well with each other. I have taken almost every supplement on the market and the best one's by far are:
vanadyle Ph (By sportpharma)
creatine
glutamine
multi vitamin
and of coarse protein powders
Most everything else seem'd to be a waste of money.
Just my opinion.
Hope this help, Thank you!

definitely phil. vanadyl is a supp you can truly feel. i used to take in the mid-90's, the sportspharma version, and loved it but then i read some reports about toxicity (can't remember the details) and it scared the shit out of me so i stopped taking it. then it somehow fell out of favor with folks.

Toxicity? really, I have never heard of that. I better do some more research. I have been taking it on and off since 1995 or so, the pumps are just amazing, and the vascularity with the pump stays for much longer than usual as well.
Thank you

Vanadyl was pretty popular 10 or so years ago. I believe it's main claim to fame was as an insulin mimic. There were alot of uncontrolled studies on vanadyl and stating increased pumps and vascularity. As Chip stated it fell out of favor for one reason or another and then everyone jumped on the creatine thing. It is toxic in high doses.
