Protien
Glutimine
Creatine
Multi Vit.
So what does that tell you about every other Suplement.
I think one supplement that does not get enough talk about is vanadyl. The only one that works on my is the vanadyle ph from Sprotpharma. It gives amazing pumps especially if you take it with creatine. They seem to work real well with each other. I have taken almost every supplement on the market and the best one's by far are:Chip Bronson said:tried no2 and got nothing from it. zip. no pumps, no strength, no growth. dunno, maybe it's just me.
Toxicity? really, I have never heard of that. I better do some more research. I have been taking it on and off since 1995 or so, the pumps are just amazing, and the vascularity with the pump stays for much longer than usual as well.Chip Bronson said:definitely phil. vanadyl is a supp you can truly feel. i used to take in the mid-90's, the sportspharma version, and loved it but then i read some reports about toxicity (can't remember the details) and it scared the shit out of me so i stopped taking it. then it somehow fell out of favor with folks.
Thank you for the update. I appreciate it.sixfeetfour said:Vanadyl was pretty popular 10 or so years ago. I believe it's main claim to fame was as an insulin mimic. There were alot of uncontrolled studies on vanadyl and stating increased pumps and vascularity. As Chip stated it fell out of favor for one reason or another and then everyone jumped on the creatine thing. It is toxic in high doses.
