no energy

If you're taking an anti-e, that may be what's causing you to be lethargic. Very low estrogen levels will result in laziness. As far as energy, first make sure you're getting enough quality sleep. Take a 3mg of melatonin 30minutes before bed. Get atleast 8 hours. If you're still wore out during the day, I'd recommend coffee or caffeine supplementation.

I've only done one cycle of test -200xtwice weekly and I had to come home and sleep after work every single day.I hated it and my wife stayed pissed at me.She thought I was just being lazy but by the time I drove home I could barely keep my eyes open.I probably didnt get enough sleep at night but I still dont and I am fine in the afternoon. This didnt really help you any I suppose, just agreeing with you.

Are you eating enough that is what happens to me when on gear. It hard for me to adjust to eating more. But on the days that i do not have energy I take Red Line pills with some food and about an hour later I am ready to take on the world. It is the greatest pump. Mabey give them a try they work for me:D

Make sure you drink large quanities of water. This will thin you out and help with blood circulation and aid in dehydration.

The melatonin at night is a good idea..it should help you fal asleep faster and sleep better. Can you take a 30-40 power nap during the day ? injectable b 12 ..easily bought at any feed store sq 1-3 ccs per week does wonders for me..almost instantly[}:)]

no need to start with more than 1mg melatonin .. .. . I have Rozerem but i rarely need sleep aids .. Problem with melatonin is that when you really can't sleep and have a problem not just jetlag or small shit, you will most likely wake up a few times if taking melatonin .. it will get you to sleep but not keep you to sleep .. have doctor give you Rozerem .. better for brain than things like Ambien .. works on bodies natural clock and not different motor untis controlling balance and memory the way things like ambien works
