No energy/Fatigue

Hey guys,
I have had fatigue building up where as soon as I wake up, I go to the gym then when I come home, boom zero energy and I feel sleepy and have no enjoyment, I used to be into gaming. Now I got a new installment of my favorite game coming out and don’t even care about it. Usually it’s the most anticipated moment of the year for me.

Sleeping 8 hours minimum, sometimes upto 10 hours. It was building up for a while, I have been like this for about 2 months, I used tren but it was kinda building up before tren, dropped my tren and still have the same feeling. When I was initially cutting, this wasn’t an issue then when I went back home on vacation and started eating around maintenance it started building up, so it’s clearly not diet (fully clean diet btw).

Has anyone experienced this weird lack of energy/enjoyment of life.

Get labs. E2, Complete Blood Count (CBC), Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP), and tests for thyroid function, vitamin levels, and iron status.
E2 has been the same the entire time, a little higher than a month ago due to extra 30mcg of test e I added but never had low e2 and never had high e2 issues. My CBC, CMP, vitamin and iron levels are all normal. Had some low end thyroid levels due to my high tren/hgh so I take 50mcg t4 as a maintenance doss. But this issue has been there pre and post 50mcg t4.

I was thinking of supplementing with some bupropion, to help with mood and energy and see if it can help.

I know going the thought of going into medical supplementation isn’t always the best idea but I need some immediate relief, I thought it might be due to diet fatigue but that ended, thought maybe it was the high tren and hgh but dropped tren and lowered hgh.

Bupropion to my knowledge gives more baseline dopamine signaling so I get more motivation, enjoyment, “drive” come back online and more norepinephrine signaling which leads to improved energy, focus, alertness.

I thought its kinda safe to use cuz it does not flood the brain with dopamine like amphetamines (Adderall) do, so it doesn’t create euphoria or addiction and I don’t get any dependencies or withdrawal and doesn’t permanently change my brain chemistry like other meds and to my research upto this point no issues with blood markers/organs long term.

You need a doctor's visit before you need a diagnosis from some rando on the internet. This could be a heart thing, a kidney thing, etc. Go get looked at.
True.

Hope someone else with similar issues can relate and I’m curious to what the root cause was in their case (ofc it’s highly individual but I’m curious).

My bloodwork has been very good during my blast, kidney actually went above baseline after introducing supplementation, and I’m on way lower doses and took out tren.

I feel like this could be as simple as having too much free time and I got burnt out from all the fucking around I’ve been doing. Like I remember I was like this then I took a 2 week vacation to Italy and it was like I flipped a switch and suddenly I’m very energetic. When I came back, same boredom and lack of energy to do anything came back.

But I knew smth is wrong when the new game I love is being launched and I feel nothing.

Doctor visit, could be serious = liver, kidney, but I'm not a doctor, something is going. From what your saying it sounds like your body is stressed.

No orals, only ran anavar for like 5 weeks like 2.5 months ago. Rn just Test/Mast/Hgh

There's no point in posting here unless you're willing to upload your labwork.
At this point you are just shooting in the dark.
Labwork on the same dose can change over time as you age.

This is highly indicative you don't have a biological problem, you have a lack of passion in your life, and video games no longer fill that void they way they did before. Your need for stimulation and challenge are greater than adolescent pursuits can satisfy.

You need to throw yourself into something new and adventurous, and you'll come back to life.

Sounds like depression.

Do you snore? Could be sleep apnea.
No snoring here. I sleep pretty well. I wake up like twice to go piss, then easily fall back asleep. Get in a minimum of 8 hours yearly round. Only a handful of times have I gotten less than 7 hours (the 2-4 times I travel long haul and pull an all nighter). I wake up energized enough to train fasted in the morning and push hard. No recovery issues.

I’m gonna pull some labs but I doubt it will show any issues, I’ve never had lab issues and I’m fairly certain they have improved after dropping tren. Last labs I did was 6 weeks ago and had no issues. Prolactin/e2 in check, thyroid was within reference but lower than I’d hoped but that’s normal with high tren/hgh.

I feel like you’re probably right, but my issue is I don’t give two shits. I love 2 things watching shows while eating. Only 2 hours of the day do I feel fulfilled, lunch and dinner, where I binge an episode. After that back to my normal no energy self.

Imma try bupropion, worst case:
Damage risk is low.
- Bupropion doesn’t cause permanent rewiring. (I was afraid as some meds permanently affect brain chemistry)
- No dependency, no addictive potential.
- When I stop, your neurotransmitter system goes back to baseline.

But it should definitely:
Give me more drive, for example gaming relies heavily on dopamine pathways (anticipation, reward) so by boosting dopamine, bupropion can restore the anticipation/reward loop and make games feel fun again. Ofc that’s just the context of gaming, it should apply to my general life. So hopefully it jump starts smth in me.

Cuz for example, in the gaming department again for an easier analogy. When I am in the zone, my competitive nature makes me lazer focused on my task, I once again become addicted and enjoy every moment. I only play competitive games, I guess that’s what motivates me in life, so as soon as I feel that same will to be competitive again, it will probably be the thing to get me out of bed.

I also remember I had the same energy once throughout the summer, when I had to actually cook and grill for my entire family for the first time in my life, I spent 5 hours preparing for dinner and a dozen more hours researching meals and how to cook them, I felt the most energized I have ever been during the summer, that challenge to grill to perfection was the thing that gave me a sense of purpose.

Again sorry for the long message, I guess I type too much (clearly a reflection of my lack of friends and boredom). Also I’m new to Meso and I spent most of my day on here browsing and perfecting my diet/exercise/cycle.

How is your actual Test? And you mentioned "30mcg of Test E." Mcg? This sounds like low Test. Could be many things, but start with the basics.

Yeah bro. Modernity has your reward system all fucked up and now your dopamine, epinephrine, cortisol, etc levels are borked. You need a hard reset. Turn off your screens. Get a dumbphone. Put your games in storage. Find some new friends.
