Anyone able to get this covered without a Pre Auth? Best price I’m seeing with good Rx is $800 for 90 day supply. Pharmacist said that the manufacture coupon is only applicable after the pre authorization is completed.

price without coupon was $1400 for 90 days

Mine's covered without p.a.
If you're getting a p.a for Nexletol, why not get Nexlizet? Isn't the price the same?

Zydus Bemdac from India. $25/100. That’s the most “Premium” brand. This exact tablet will be sold in the US once the patent expires (already did in India).

$10 / 100 from cheaper brands.

The issue is the doc won’t do the PA because I’m not statin intolerant. That’s the coupon I tried to use and the pharmacist said it was only applicable with the PA

You need to learn to lie a little better for the sake of your health :)

Did you know statin intolerance can spontaneously develop at any time?

I’m pretty sure your legs have started hurting going up stairs and on the treadmill… here you thought you were in the clear, but the dreaded (and common) statin induced myalgia finally caught up with you.

“What do you suggest doctor? Reduce the dose? (Didn’t work) Try another statin? (Damn, same problem).”

I guess Repatha is the only solution that’ll work for you…

You’re absolutely right.

I also need to find a doctor whose incentives align with mine. Aka. A doc that gets paid per visit cash rather than a salary. They’ll be more likely to complete my paperwork requests if they’re on the clock. Might even charge extra for it. I would…
