While it's preferable to train for at least a few years before getting into AAS, you should at a minimum exhaust your newb gains first. Those last for around a year.
I put on more LBM my during my first 6 months or so of training than I could (permanently) gain from a cycle.
Like any good addict will tell you, you have to force yourself to abstain entirely for a couple of months. Trust me, when you go back, it's almost as good as the first hitBoom!
That first year was one of the best years of my life. No cycle could even compare.
All diet and training, not a single ped.
Seems like I've been chasing that first hit ever since![]()
Thanks guys. I thought I would have heard something like that. So what would you recommend I do to gain 20-25 pounds of muscle in a year? It's kind of tough for me to gain weight in general. I hover between 150-160 no matter how much I eat.
