Newbie new to the forums and need help.

I'm new to the forums and I'm a young guy. 23 going on 24 in a few months. I weigh 160 and I'm 5'11. I don't have much gym experience. How much muscle could I gain if I did a cycle at my current weight? What are some recommendations for me?
 
Welcome to MESO-Rx! It's never a bad idea to learn all you can about anabolic steroids. But please believe me when I tell you there is no better feeling than to make "steroid-like" gains when you are NOT using steroids. And I think that's the point where you are now.

If you spend some time learning about proper training and nutrition, train hard and eat properly with a good caloric surplus for the next 12 months, I don't think it's unreasonable for you to gain 20-25 lbs WITHOUT steroids.

If you took steroids too, maybe you could gain a little bit more.

But why? Not when "steroid-like" gains can come so readily from training and nutrition alone!
 
While it's preferable to train for at least a few years before getting into AAS, you should at a minimum exhaust your newb gains first. Those last for around a year.

I put on more LBM my during my first 6 months or so of training than I could (permanently) gain from a cycle.

That first year was one of the best years of my life. No cycle could even compare.
All diet and training, not a single ped.
Seems like I've been chasing that first hit ever since:p:p:p

Like any good addict will tell you, you have to force yourself to abstain entirely for a couple of months. Trust me, when you go back, it's almost as good as the first hit :D
 
Welcome there a lot to learn here. Other than just juice that will help you make gains like the threads on diet, work outs, and check out the bodybuilding on here as well. Also at your age you have the testosterone of a bull. Work hard and you will get there on your own. Most men do not start supplmenting with test until there about 30 or so.

Thanks guys. I thought I would have heard something like that. So what would you recommend I do to gain 20-25 pounds of muscle in a year? It's kind of tough for me to gain weight in general. I hover between 150-160 no matter how much I eat.

But the question is how much do you eat and how often? A lot of people think they eat a lot but really they just binge eat every other day or 2 times a day. You start to gain once you're consistent with your eating
