Hey everyone. I've been checking out this site for quite some time and just kinda got the nerve to sign up and join in. So far it seems to be chocked with some really fantastic information and the best site I have seen hands down. I guess a little about myself... I am in my mid 40's, never cycled, but kind of feeling like I would now like to try, although very nervous about it ( as is probably a good thing). My test results from a recent blood test for a well check was at low end of the normal scale, maybe explains the fatigue and lethargy. I am 5'9 and my weight fluctuates between 180 and 210lbs. Lately ( maybe because of bad diet choices
) I've been at the higher end of that scale. Anyway, that stuff doesn't come off like it used to. I've learned quite a bit so far and hope to learn more. I guess my goals are more vain than anything else since I am not really looking to pack on any more bulk but to displace some of it and harden up, since it seems to be more difficult as I've gotten older. I also must be honest and say that I've been out of it for a stint so I am just kind of starting over really and a couple of those joints creek a bit more. Anyway, nice to meet you all, and looking forward to what I feel would be sound advice!
