Hey guys just wanted to introduce myself.

I have been curious about anabolic steroids for quite some time now.

I am mainly interested of it's ability to help the body recover from high intense sports.

My age is 26 and I have been competing in submission grappling for about 4 years now.
I train on the mat about 4 times a week and hit the gym for plyometrics and some weights about 2 times a week.

I am looking to increase my strenght without bulking too much and also looking to have faster recovery.

Any suggestions ?

Welcome meso bro! Very nice to see a competitive martial artist.

Plyometrics are great for speed and quickness, working on the fast muscle fibers. On that note Winstrol is a good compound and it also works well with fast muscle fibers, as you can see most sprinters use it and even a few MMA fighters have tested positive for Winstrol.

Of course bread and butter to any cycle including steroids is TESTOSTERONE no questions asked. Depending on goals slow ester (test enan/test cyp) or fast esters (test prop) or even Sust, which has both slow and fast esters combined. You have to study them and see whats suits you best.

This list can go on and on here bro. I will also say Anavar, turinabol, masteron, primobolan are all products that may help and do add a ton of bulk.

Best thing to do is start spendin time studying them and seeing what suits your needs most.

I have a lot of research to do as I have very little knowledge about steroids in general let alone which ones to use for my specific needs.

I have read a couple of threads and searched on Meso and it seems a majority of the members are knowledgeable that's why I joined.

What's your BJJ lineage?? Are you still a blue belt or are you purple belt?? And did you compete in the 2008 Pan-Ams??

With respect to your objective I'm in a similar situation but am coming off an extensive injury, so I also need to shed considerable fat. In theory, all steroids are supposed to help with recovery time!! Since you don't seem to be too interested in the size benefits, and based on your post I am assuming you haven't taken much stuff if any, I would probably consider Primobolan-depot. Nearly, a pure anabolic, which will help with recovery time - and without hardly any side effects, if any!!

But possibly even more important, at 26, rolling 4 times a week and supplementing weight training only 2 days a week, I'm not sure you even need it bro!! Your training regimen is not so extensive!! What do you do for work?? manual labor or mostly desk work?? I would pay particularly close attention to your diet (high protein, and adequate carbs to support your desired energy levels on training days) to optimize your protein synthesis, so you don't go catabolic (i.e. drinking 2 scoops of whey just prior to bed will also help with this), and would supplement high does of BCAA's, which are at the core of recovery. That should be sufficient bro - and I speak from experience!!

Oh, and check out Alvaro Romano's Ginastica Natural For Fighters. It is a BJJ movement-specific routine which has helped me volumes with my game!!

I am got my brown belt under Royler over the summer. I've been competing in the Pan-am's in i and actively competing in NAGA and Grappler's Quest fior the past 4 years now.

I have never taken any steroids before and slowly learning it's recovery benefits.

As far as work my family owns a business and I work there on a part time basis. My body is not subjected to any heavy labor if any and my parents want me to focus on training and competing.

As far as supplements all I take is protein shakes and ZMA before I sleep.

What BCAA do you recommend and when do I take it?
