So finally made a name and not lurking around anymore.

Grew up overweight as a kid, and thanks to high school and collegate sports I finally was able to cut some of the weight. Post college I became lazy and about 4 years ago I started getting back into the gym. I am happy with the results that I have seen in the past year or so of hard work and over the counter suppliments.

In the past year or so I have been researching more and more using sites like this and others online. While I am still trying to educate myself more and more I am finally ready to take the plunge.

I am currently 6'4 and walk around at 220-230lbs ususally around 18-20% body fat. I am looking to tone up a bit, and add some muscle.

Any suggestions is appreciated.

Hi, welcome to meso.

Maybe a good idea to cut further before going on AAS. You'll have better results, won't be as reluctant to up the cals, better partitioning, and you won't suffer from unreasonable estrogenic sides as you would with high bf%.

Thanks for the welcomes and the help in advance.
