Alright guys, here is a rundown on myself -
At the moment, I am 19 years old and will be turning 20 this October. I have been interested in the science of anabolics for years but have waited to perfect my training and dieting until seriously considering undergoing a cycle.
I have been lifting since freshman year of high school for football. Initially, I went simply to please the coaches. Eventually, I became more interested in lifting than football itself. Around my junior year I began to take weightlifting seriously. I began to follow a constant regimine and made sure my diet was in check. I then became addicted to bodybuilding.
Current Stats:
Height - 5'9"
Weight - 170 - 175
BF % - 10
Bench - 250
Squat - 350
Deadlift - 415
Training:
I have experimented with several splits and training technique, but always end up returning to my bread and butter - MAX-OT. I have gotten the greatest gains from this style and have followed the program for 2 straight years.
Diet:
I eat a minimum of 8 meals / day. My diet is rather simple and somewhat instinctive. Throughout the day, I generally alternate shakes and whole food meals.
Sample -
Meal 1 - Whey Shake
Meal 2 - Egg Whites, Oatmeal
Meal 3 - Meal Replacement Shake
Meal 4 - Tuna, Veggies, Oatmeal
WORKOUT
Meal 5 - Whey Shake
Meal 6 - Chicken, Brown Rice
Meal 7 - Meal Replacement Shake
Meal 8 - Chicken, Brown Rice
I could go into detail about the serving sizes but I'm trying to keep it simple. Also, the Whey/MR shakes contain more than typical powder. I always implement additives such as olive oil, bananas, and/or peanut butter.
Planned Cycle:
On October 10, I will be competing in the NPC Tri State Championships in the teen division. I want to do one bulking cycle prior to my cutting diet, which will start 10 weeks out.
I have recieved some warnings in the past saying that I am too young to undergo a steroid protocol. However, I feel that the simplicity of my cycle as well as my certainty to run it correctly will be the deciding factor.
Here's what I plan to run.
Weeks 1-10: 500mg/Test E - I will be doing 250/mg injections Monday morning and Thursday night.
Weeks 12-15: Clomid - 50mg/day
I will also have Nova on hand during the entire cycle incase any sides come up.
Also, two weeks from now, I have a doctor's appointment for bloodwork / etc. I know that I am doing a relatively mild cycle, but since I am starting at a young age, I want to be sure everything is in check.
