New member here. Self admitted TRTbabby. Dipping my toes once I'm finally down from 15%BF to 10%BF

Just trying to figure out next steps as I cut down to 10% over the winter. I'm thinking of Reta and 125mg test until I have a better base to add anabolics. I want as much room to bulk as possible

I've done a small cycle of 250mg test and 20mg var daily (test 16 weeks, var 8) and had pretty nice results. Not looking to add an oral compound again.

Do I up the test in the spring or add some primo/mast if it's still even around? Who knows.

Welcome to MESO. Take some time to familiarize yourself with the site. There are steroid profiles and discussions regarding the various compounds. Search old threads because almost everything has been discussed at some point. If you get stuck then ask some questions, the community is very helpful.

You already have some experience to you can start a log. Talk about your training and nutrition, not just gear use. People can offer better advise once they get to know you. Good luck with it

I should have probably led with training and nutrition... I suppose the connotations of the forum influenced my initial 'hello!'

I train predominantly bodybuilding through the autumn/winter months and do a lot of cycling (on a bike, lol) when the summer hits.

Pretty weak, pretty small (6'1 90kg) Don't do S/B/D Just an PPxULxx split at the moment. My legs are quite disproportionate due to cycling and having sprinter genetics from my father so they take a back seat. All training is to the point of absolute failure, constantly get mocked for the faces I make lifting by the lads.

Diet is very lackluster at the moment as I am cutting down:
  • Protein: 140 g (28%)
  • Fat: 70 g (28%)
  • Carbs: 200 g (44%)

Very low calories, but a bi-weekly refeed keeps me going. I've been obese twice in my life (35%+BF 120kg) so dramatic deficits are not new to me. My body is fine as long as it gets a little treat.

Getting bored of my split though, feel like fullbody + more cardio would be good for me!

Only running 125mg test atm. Trying to source reta that isn't dogshit domestic prices. Looking to do 300 test/200mast (if it returns at all, primo is out of the question). If not, up the test and add AI! Of course, I'll only do this when I feel I have enough room to grow for a full 16-20wk cycle depending on bloods and hairline lmao.

The 250mg test was to see how I responded alongside anavar. I know by my bloods + progress pics that I respond to test quite well, threw in some 'var as it's easiest to 'dabble' with.

I say that, but in retrospect the back pumps were fucked and I looked pretty sick but 'freaky' (to me, at least). Not worth walking like I had something stuck up my bum half the day though.

The 'mens health' was more a joke at my own expense, well aware it was a light cycle.:p
