Hi everyone! Glad to be a part of the community thank you. 40yo male have lived a fairly unhealthy lifestyle diet and drinking for many years. Had kids and decided to start taking my life and fitness seriously even tho its late. Made a garage gym and have been at it ever since. Lost nearly 80# have always been stocky fat not sloppy fat. Now that my diet it dialed in and my fitness is consistent I would like to learn about optimized growth and recovery in a heatly manner with a forum full of knowledge and wisdom instead of trial and error making rash decisions as an eager newbie. I have also had bloodwork done recently because of fatigue had to force my doctors hand to have my testosterone checked. She was positive that wasn't the reason. Total test came back 121 and free test 3. Have to take additional tests so insurance will cover. So will be doing much reading on trt. Thank you everyone!
