New member intro

Hello all, and Happy 4th of July to all the American folks. I’ve just joined meso and looking forward to continue expanding my knowledge into the ped world.
A little background of myself: 31yr old male - 5’ 10’’ - 230lbs and cutting hard. Total training years ~15years. Main 3 lifting stats are 285# bench, 385# squat, 405# deadlift. I was a life long 3 sport athlete growing up. Always been the bulky lineman type (football was primary focus).
Discovered I was hypogonadal late 2023 and have been on TRT since. That was the beginning of the end for me lol. Kind of fell in love with biohacking/health/fitness. For the last year I have just been researching peds, with a plan to begin b&c eventually, but I need to get down to roughly 10% before I start that journey. I have zero intentions of ever getting out of shape again, and also ensuring my health markers stay relatively in check is a very high priority for me.
My main goals are to reach and stay around 225lbs/12-14% bf. Strength goals are +315# bench. +450# squat. +500# deadlift. Thank you for allowing me into the community.
TL/DR: used to be super fat. Way less fat now. Wanting to be super jacked/strong in the safest/healthiest way possible.

Hey thanks for the intro and welcome to Meso

Nice to see a pretty long training history, you'll hit your goals in no time

TL/DR: used to be super fat. Way less fat now.

Congrats on that part, too
