Hello,
I am 41 5’11” and 225. Working on and off since wrestling team in high school. The last couple months I have been working out hard at or near failure total body 4 to 5 times a week. I’ve always had decent strength on bench bc that’s all I really focused on until recently. I am probably 25-30 body fat and am trying to stay with calorie deficit.
My body has def slowed down a little but nothing drastic. I am going to get blood work done next week.
I am interested in a test only cycle to start but have much to learn first I am brand new to this community.
I appreciate any help and feedback you guys are willing to give.
