New member, here to learn and not screw myself up

Hey guys,
New member here, long time lurker. In my 30s, been lifting for a while and finally taking training, diet and recovery seriously.
I’m interested in running a proper cycle but I’m big on harm reduction and doing this with as little long term damage as possible. I’ve been going through the stickies and a bunch of older threads to get up to speed on basics like test-only cycles, bloodwork, and PCT.

I'm just trying to learn and avoid the usual rookie mistakes.

Glad to be here and wish me luck.. lol

do not go through old threads it has outdated information, like PCT
no one PCT , if you want to stop injecting then don't start
Thanks for the reply.

Good point on old threads being dated, I’ll pay more attention to that. I’m still on the fence about ever running a full cycle.

I’ve got some old injuries so I’m mostly here to learn and look into recovery options first. I’m also not sure I’m ready to commit to being on for life, so your warning does hit home.

Honest question though: in your experience is it really that rare for someone to run a cycle, recover well, and just stay off long term?

theres no point in doing one cycle, no matter how big or whatever
you'll just lose all the muscle and reduce your natural testosterone after, and lose motivation to train naturally because you have lifted enhanced. its a lifelong comittment and not something to just do, its why up until 10 years ago the only people wwho used gear were athletes and hardcore gym bros

I guess I'll have to think things over and stick to health peptides for now.
