New and wanting to cycle

Hello everyone, I was recommended by a friend to this site .

I’ve been out the gym for a year or so and I’m very interested in doing a cycle , I’ve been back in the gym for 3 months now and I’ve been eating healthy and counting calories in a surplus . (Off and on in gyms for like 5 years)

I’m 5’10 and weight about 190lbs with 16% Body fat.

I’m honestly making this forum cause I wanna know how to go about the cycle to make sure I don’t fuck up my body in a permanent way. My mainly concern is my Willy not working lol

I have a buddy who has T and Decca , I just want some opinions. My goal is to build muscle obviously, I would like info on what the PCT requirements are and what I need to do when it’s time to stop cycle

How well do you hold 16% BF? Visible abs?

Might want to cut a little more before bulking so you have more room to grow before getting fat

I mean depending where you live, summertime is approaching or already here (ie, not bulking season imo)
