Need program advice for beginner

I mean I train hard as fuck and don't remain sore for a long time. It could just be a genetic thing. I personally don't think chasing soreness is the way to be for training anyways. However, in most cases it is a good indication that you've really broke down the tissue, with that being said you can't just go in and train the same muscle again immediately after since you need the rest period to actually grow the muscle.

The most important part is being honest with yourself. If your training hard, then continue. But, if you reflect on your training and your not going hard, then it's time to actually put some work in. Don't leave anything in question.
