I am looking to throw some L-carnitine in here somewhere. need some help with that?
Going to use some Casein with Some fiber in here somewhere???
Going to throw some natural peanut butter in here somewhere???

Im just starting a 10 week sust cycle at around 600mg a week. Throwing some Var in week 7-10 with A-dex through the whole cycle with proper PCT.

Stats: 5 11'' 190 13-15% bf. Trying to get to 10%

The whey protein i am currently using has 21g of protein with 110 calories

Need All the help i can get bros!

-I would add the Casein to your bedtime meal. 1 scoop yields approx 24g of protein, add the fiber in with the casein.
-As for peanut butter, your diet looks pretty good with healthy fats. You could probably add it to meal 3
- I woud use 2000mg-3000mg liquid l-carnitine 20-30 min pre-workout.

Thanks for the advice man!

I bought the L-carnitine from Dymatize Nutrition. It's 1,100mg and says take two tablespoonful a day. Should i go by that? Or take like 3 tablespoons pre workout?

I am curious to know why you are taking cod liver oil and flaxseed oil. Is it for the omega-3 benefits? If so, flaxseed and cod liver oil, may not be the best choices for omega-3 fatty acids.

Flaxseed contains alpha linolenic acid (ALA) which the body needs to convert to docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). This conversion is inefficient, at best.

Cod liver oil is oil from the liver of the fish which is high in Vitamin A and Vitamin D content. Since cod liver oil is obtained from the liver, which is the detoxifying organ of the fish, it may also contain impurities such as lead, PCBs and other toxins.

You may want to switch to omega-3 supplements derived from fish oil, instead. I take Triple Strength Omega, pharmaceutical grade http://www.newvitality.com/shop/triple-strength-omega-3.aspx. Try this or something similar that has a high potency of the 2 main omega-3 fatty acids—DHA and EPA.

Regarding the above post:
JB, I'm operating under the assumption that the Cod liver oil, and Flaxseed oil are in your diet to provide a healthy amount of unsaturated fat....am I correct?
-If so LEAVE THEM THERE. Removing all of the fat from your diet will slam your T levels. If you are concerned about Omega 3 content and EPA/DHA levels then add an additional supplement. The notion of heavy metal and PCB content is a mute point as they are rigorously tested for by both manufacturors and governing agencies. If you are in fact worried about toxin levels, consume green tea extract with each serving of cod liver oil. Animal studies have shown that green tea consumption concurrent with consumption of tainted fish lowers heavy metal absorption by up to 99%.
