Need experienced guys help with lab results

I’ve been on 160mg a week for 5 weeks now and at time of labs was 4 weeks in. I pin on Monday and Thursday at 80mg to keep spikes down. I do lift 3x a week and just started 4x last week and been off an on at the gym last couple years but determined this time and need to lose weight. I’m 6,0” and weigh 230lbs at I’m guessing 30% body fat. Got my diet in check past week and weighed my meals so going to stay around 1800 calories a day so should lose a pound or two a week and wanting to get to 200 or a jacked 210-220. This is my first labs on my own I was at a clinic but it’s too pricey. So I’ve done 6 weeks trt before but couldn’t afford it. I tested 500 total test when I started so it wasn’t low but I had many low symptoms like less sensitive penis and low libido and no energy and sleep was shit and my gym recovery was horrible. I’m now doing better in all aspects except for energy but being in a deficit may be why. I notice no acne or oily skin and my erections now are so hard they hurt. They happen at the drop of a dime too. My sleep is also starting to get better as well. I don’t notice much estrogen sides that I can tell my nipples aren’t sensitive or anything and I feel a bit better overall but not as good as I thought I would at almost 1000 total test I’m at now. Should I bump my dose up some or am I too high/low on something as it is? These seem like decent numbers to me but I’m not an expert but do read a lot but not sure if my shgb and estrogen are out of wack and if I’m a high aromatizer? I do have some anatrazole the clinic gave me but have never taken it as I hear it can crash it but I do have some. TIA

Your numbers do look great. But at 30% body fat your E2 is likely only going to increase as you increase your testosterone dose. You can either maintain your current dose and work on losing BF, then increasing. Or increase dose, take an AI and still work on lowering your BF. There was a time when I knew I would be needing an AI because I was fat and as I increased testosterone my E2 always got out of range. But after losing 45 pounds and getting my BF 12-15% I rarely ever have E2 issues now.

You can either maintain your current dose and work on losing BF, then increasing. Or increase dose, take an AI and still work on lowering your BF. Kinda exactly what I was thinking. First time I did trt I was 245 TT and started getting oily skin and estrogen sides but I was on hcg with it an I quit hcg cause it gives me estrogen sides every time I even tried it my second round and same damn thing. I did eat and drank alcohol a lot then so diet was atrocious. Don’t care about fertility but would like to hop off test after I lose body fat and ideally wanting 15% or lower. I shouldn’t need pct at these levels up to let’s say 200mg correct? I thought about blasting but have no clue what to take except just test but don’t want sides. May bump my test and if I see sides I’ll back off. Since I’m doing well but it does feel like I got more in the tank. I’m also 45. Forgot to put that. I think if I keep plugging away and drop fat I’ll convert less and can pin more for 4-12 weeks then cruise a bit and hop off and rinse repeat. Hoping once I get fat in check I’ll be high natty. Appreciate the help brother
 
Free test could be a little higher, but e2 and sbhg are ok.

You mentioned you're 30% bf at 230, and talked about being jacked at 210. That would be less than a 10% drop. You'll be big, but not jacked. You need to lose 35lbs of fat. I would keep your test dose where it is and get on a glp like tirz. Drop that bodyweight quick before e2 and diabetes become an issue. Then, you can up the dose and go into a clean bulk for real gains you can see.

You shouldn’t need PCT at 200mg. It will take several weeks for your body to start producing testosterone again so I’m not going to lie and say it will be fun. But I’m not a fan of PCT.

Also, are you on a GLP? There’s nothing better to pair with testosterone to get you slimmer. Or at least there’s nothing safer and effective I should say.

Stay on top of your labs. At a minimum every 6-8 weeks. E2 Sensitive has around a 2 week turnaround and it’s better to address issues with labs then guess at what your issues are and start throwing drugs at them.

My blood fasted sits at 90-100 I keep and eye on it due to family has diabetes. I have heard horror stories about the glps and people just dropping dead on it. I also have slow digestion issues already so just going with a set in stone meal plan which I started. I am eating only 200oz chicken breast,brown rice and a vegetable 3x a day. Also intermittent fasting a couple days a week. Also working on moving more and getting 10k steps a day. I don’t mind the work and the test makes my gym pumps and recovery fun. Just curious if my levels were optimal or way out of wack. I meant 210 and jacked by gaining 10lbs or more of muscle as I am hitting 200 grams protein daily even at 1800 calories by adding in whey isolate. Of course that’s 10lbs in the long run. I’m thinking next summer. Appreciate the help

I have heard stories about glps messing people up and I already have slow digestion issues so I’m Leary of trying it especially ugl glps but if it’s that safe I’d give it a shot. My dr may even prescribe it. It is hard asf to lose weight at my age these days. I’ll have to research it more. Is there a sowrce you use or know of? Can private message me. I am on ugl test now it’s much cheaper.
