I can't speak for NorCal but a lot of the Florida docs take patients literally over Skype now. No need to be in state or ever see them in person.

Yes, they are sketchy.

From what I have seen it runs about $1000 USD by the time you get your first injection and scripts.

For guys who know what they want, dislike the hassle, and who have the cash I guess it can be a good option.
