Nashville, TN Powerlifting Gym

Does anyone have a good lead on any decent gyms in Nashville? Most are overran by the physique type lifters, or are cucked out like Planet Fitness.

Are there any solid ass gyms in the area? I've been lifting at my house for a few years. Last place I lifted was Worlds Gym in Goodlettsville/Rivergate, but it shut down.

Go to Powerliftingwatch.com or check out different federations. There are plenty in TN. SPF federation is having a bunch of meets in TN. You should be able to find what you need through the different feds or powerlifting watch.

They have a list of actual powerlifting gyms you can train at on there, too.

Where are you located?

There is one in Nashville, Called Po's, there is also one in Mt. Juliet and Woodbury (near murfreesboro)

What @Kakarot said. I'm not in Tennessee though. Just another rural state with no good gyms within a reasonable distance.

I feel that. Was just trying to help. Definitely check on that list, may find something within reasonable distance. If not, maybe set up a home gym

It's all good. I go to the only gym in my town and it has everything I need. They have two benches, a squat rack and a deadlift platform. They allow chalk and are open 24 hours a day. Much better than most non powerlifting gyms honestly. I'm about to move into a single wide trailer, so no room for a home gym at the moment.
