With my new program/diet/cycle I also made a serious effort to include lots of foam rolling, stretching and other fascia breakdown methods and I must say the results are great.
Try to spend 15 min in the mornings and another 15-30min at night, using different rollers, lax balls, and hand rollers plus cupping and graston from my chiropractor.

Obviously by making a few major changes all at once it's hard to pin point exactly what is causing all the benefits of seeing and feeling but either way I'd strongly suggest putting time aside to add it to your daily programs.
