Just got done listening to his newest podcast with Dave Tate. Both were awesome, love that dude—his knowledge is amazing.

No longer local. I left 20+ years ago, my family is still there so I do visit. We actually moved back to the area for a couple years but my wife hated the snow, always overcast, generally shitty weather.

I could send my brother up that way. Every gym he goes to ends up getting closed. That’s life back there tho. I havent asked or heard lately, hopefully they do something with Lordstown.

Anytime ur in area hit me up, I will take u and show u there for a workout. I moved away a few times myself and always come back. I have spent a good amount of time on the Southside myself. I was at Teenies for a few min just last night, had to do a stop and go.
