My first thread/Introduction

Hi guys I joined here a few months ago and been reading as much as I could but I thought I would post a thread here to introduc my self and simply have a thread atleast, lol

I'm 26, been training since 19, when I started I was 135lbs, lol, first year put on 25lbs(no AAS) second year 30lbs(no AAS), then I got to the point that nothing worked and I just stoped like that was it and then you know what happens you start looking and then boom you find the solution, JUICE, I did a cycle and got injured, couldn train for 6 months, got better did a few more cycles and the got injured again in the knee. so now I cant do legs, I mean I can but very light which sucks, right now I'm at 200lbs, look like a 230lbs guy, with no legs. As soon as I tell people how much I weight they go no way!!!

Hope to learn from everyone here and share as well.

How did you injure your knee{s}?

to be honest with you I dont know it like one of those things that just built up over time. it started as a slight pain doing squats and then just increased and now its to a point that squats more than 225lbs is very painfull, the Doc also told me that when you feel the pain that means its getting worse and you have to drop the weight till you feel comfortable.
