My first full keto diet

i am 23yr 5'10 205 now and I was 220+lbs 16 days ago when I started my full keto diet, I started with the 75% fat 20% protien and I had no carbs at all, just 3oz broccli a day which I kno i should eat atleast 20gs fiber. My meals were at 6am 9am 12pm 3:30pm when home from work then I'd go to gym hour or so later come home have post meal around 5-6 then again at 9 before bed. All meals were 4oz chicken beaides 5th was ground beef meat cubes, i wud add mct oil, avacodo oil, olive oil and mayonnaise sometimes, 2 tbsp about so my macros were about 200g of fat and 200g protien and 0 carbs and that was for the first week I did that and I felt I wasn't getting results that I wanted because we're alll want shit quick right? Lol so I dropped the fats to just about 30-50gs a day and 180gs of protien so I don't over do it and have it broken down into glucose and I been doing this from day 7-16 which is today. I have been coming home lighter in lbs from my job which is auto body work and I run around non stop. Also to be noted, I started creatine mono hydrate and I use bcaas/glutamine and multivitamins potassium and magnesium pills, I drink atleast 2 gallons of water a day, idk if clen n t3 wud be good so I did do that but might try provirion maybe primo, I dropped the tren :( and have the test at 250mg a week now not 500mg(am I wrong?) and adex at .5 Ed becuz I feel a small gland from running that shit at 1000-1500 wit dbol but anyways! lol my training splits are Monday- chest-tris Tuesday-back biceps Wednesday-shoukders/traps Thursday- legs and Friday-bis/tris Saturday rest but i do fasted cardio for a hour walking inclime 10+ speed2.5, and I walked again where I live for an hour on the route I use. Sunday I rest but I try to stay active since I have a life lol duh. I have been doing cardio a lot to put myself in a deficit. I don't feel hungry and I have fasted and skipped my 9am meals twice which when I came home the mirror said good job.. I have such high energey level now, the flu sucked and the keto sticks tell me I'm in keto but I want to buy a meter. Any suggestions? I believe my total caloric need is 2300 cals or so but now I have been taking in about 1500 maybe less at times and my expenditure is highly active All day plus training/cardio. I don't sit down until Bed. u can call me out on any of the things u think I'm wrong in his I am running my keto diet and even my cycle. I jus would like some Help on what I should correct

First it's unclear if you are bulking or cutting. We can fix it macros accordingly.

Secondly you are way closer to a protein sparing modified fast psmf diet then a normal keto.

Third, the stix and meters show the presence of ketones yes but really if you are not eating carbs and your alive ur in ketosis. That stuff is a waste of time and money, science has proven there is no correlation to ketone levels and weight loss. Its a yes or no. Are you eating carbs? Has it been 2 days or more? Then it in bam.

Fourth. Gng gluconeo-genisis is a hyped up ghost story to scare you. It is demand driven and only will happen in extreme starvation circumstances. You don't need to worry about it.

5th. Ur stressing out eat some bacon and enjoy this wonderful diet.
 
Hahah I been wanting to eat bacon but I been trying to be strict and let oils be my fat sources. I am trying to cut and I know I stated a lot in that post but I wanted to jus out out the details of what's going on within my diet/training
