my fat (ass) loss diary...

thanks to all for the advice. just going to post here since many wanted to know how i did.

curenty 320lbs, 6'3", 34 years old. my bf% is about two large pies and one calzone. arms and legs are not fat, just my gut. working on putting on some lean muscle along with loose the fat. not looking for an overnight miracle, just a lifestyle change.

not much into breakfast food, so i've switched to some seafood for breakfast this morning. can of sardines, 40 grams protein shake and a corn tortilla with some hotsauce.

20 minutes of cardio after lifting.

lunch was pretty much the same as breakfast but a little more on the protein.

snack was a huge spinach salad with mushrooms, brocoli and a balsalmic vinegar/oil dressing and fresh garlic.

dinner was two pieces of chicken, large helping of greeny beens and a spinach salad.

i'm used to eating a ton of food. since i run a restaurant and this was my day off it was easy. tomorow i work at night. i'm used to eating a couple slices of pie, most of a calzone and whatever else the customer puts in front of me. many times i will sit down and eat with my customers.

i will be taking a lunch to work. pbj sandwhich, spinach salad with a little olive oil and some veggies, hot sauce and lots of fresh garlic.

i will not weigh myself again for at least a week.

i'm doing 20 minutes of cardio a day. i'm out of shape, badly, and dont want a heart attack my first week in. i've been in great shape before and while i was in the army learned to listen to my body. i know when to stop, so i will probably push myself a little hard.

anyway, i have no where else to go with this diary. my family cares and is suportive but i wanted somewhere to write it all down =+)
