I’m currently on 400mg of DNP the first 3 days I was on 200 but I’m currently on 400 it’s been 5 days and I haven’t noticed anything really.. the heating just started but it’s not to bad, side effects I’ve noticed is rapid heard rate , more prone to heat and my body temperature feels higher but it’s tolerable I’m still panning to do 400 mg for another 4 days but thinking of cutting it short since the half life of DNP is 36 hours

Okay. That's fine if you want to stop. I read somewhere we all metabolize DNP at different rates. to me the half life felt like 24 hours or less. I instantly felt the changes in doses on the same day. It never built up in me over days. Just instant. Days I took 200mg were more tolerable than days I took 400mg. 400mg was miserable for me. Could barely get up off the couch after 6pm. Just wanted to sit and not move and stuff food in my face. The day after my last dose was always mostly back to normal. No more heat when moving around or sweating profusely but I would still feel miserable in the evening for the next day or two

Try eating one hundred or more carbs at one setting you’ll heat up, if you don’t , that Dnp isn’t real

I’ve done a good number of Dnp runs and 400 mgs per day is too much ime. Even 250 mgs wasn’t comfortable and had me sweating soaking my pillowcase too much

less is more with Dnp. There’s so many tools besides Dnp to get body fat off

From what I’ve seen over the years those guys running 600 mgs plus Dnp and taking a week off resistance exercise bc Dnp is effecting energy and breathing , on short(er) runs gained too much body fat and or are too behind in competition prep are doing it incorrectly

Ive said it many times 200-250 mgs eod is so much more comfortable than ed, and for me doesn’t seem to stress me out as much

Check for flammability. Ignite a small sample, and if it burns easily, then you most likely have good stuff.

Of course, this isn't foolproof, and the only way to be certain of quality is through third party testing, but it can provide a general idea.
