AAS aside, what would you include in your supplement arsenal as a must-have. This could be anything that improves your training, sleeping or general health, etc.

I'll start...
- Creatine (for training)
- Multi-vitamin (for general health)
- 5-HTP, Melatonin, L-Theanine (for sleep, anxiety and relaxation)

What is your must-have?

Protein powder, fish oil, multi vitamin, boswelia and cissus quadrangularis (joint support).

Supps are overrated and I've wastes thousands of dollars over the years trying out new things but at the end of the day there aren't that many worth having, imo

This is kinda how I feel about supplements as well...

I use my current natural sleep supplements because for me, it actually helps and makes a noticeable difference. Creatine, because it makes an actual difference. Still not sure about multi-vitamins, I believe we get enough from food; but still take them anyways.

Although, I think that's something a lot of us do, we consume certain supplements without actually knowing if they are making a difference, but don't want to risk any possible loss by discontinuing use. Is there a special word for this effect?

What about supposed testosterone boosters such as tribulus and DHEA? Does anyone have any experience with using them and if so what are your thoughts on there effectiveness?

You're better off spending your money on food. Things like, not using drugs & alcohol, having sufficient rest, and maintaining a proper healthy diet; would result in the best increase in testosterone levels for most. Aside from AAS of course.

That's my opinion though.

DAA is about as good as your gonna get for a natty test booster. 3000mg a day on top of 2200mg arganine and 750 citriline ensures a boner..

Biggest changes for me have been food. Even two weeks eating clean makes a huge impact. Gluten seems to be my enemy too. I can eat it but feel bloated and backed up for days. Sticking to yams potatoes and rice for starchy carbs no bloat. Learning to eat enough protein was really big.

Do take multi and CoQ10. Starting TUDCA and NAC soon to get my liver numbers better. Will be able to tell if it's works. AST was 44 last test. New test in a month so will be able to tell. Nothing else is changing.
