Multi ply knee sleeves

I didn't know these were a thing until today. Anybody ever use them? How much do you get out of them? I might pick some up to use to overload squat occasionally. I really dislike how much of a pain knee wraps are and I'm wondering if these sleeves are a viable alternative.

I have the “Super Heavy” sleeves from EliteFTS, and I believe they’re multi ply(?) I know they’re much thicker than my inzer sleeves. I like them, personally. Great assistance out of the hole, and I’m pretty sure my 475 double was assisted by them. EliteFTS claim they’re the closest you can get to knee wraps in a sleeve.

How much would you say you get out of them? At least 30lbs? I'm looking for 30+ if I'm gonna use them as an overload.

I’m thinking somewhere around 20ish, but I also ordered them a size larger for comfort reasons—I hate trying to pull them up. I’m pretty sure you could get 25-30 no problem, if you ordered them at the right size. Im almost confident I could double 500 in them.

What thickness is considered “multi ply” ? 9mm and up. The max allowable for USPA is 7mm. I think the Elitefts heavies are 9.

I really have no idea, I didn't even know they existed. I don't believe they're allowed in raw lifting like normal sleeves. They don't seem to be made of neoprene.

I’d assume that they’re purely for the gym, but I don’t know much about different feds rules.

Might be able to wear them for raw classic and surely for equipped lifting, certainly not for raw lifting. If I get them I'll use them for overloading squat on my secondary squat day and regular knee sleeves for everything else. Wraps are too aggravating.
