Mince portion size?

just got 4 lb of mince so looking to freeze most of it but does any one no what portion size I should do I don't have a scale at the mo so a size reference would do much better

Scrap that I now have a scale so even a weight amount would do great it's full fat mince (I'm bulking Pmsl skrew it I like that taste)
