So I am looking for snack ideas for whenever I wake up in the middle of the night (I always wake up once around 130-300) to pee so I've been trying to get a meal in then.
I'm looking for something sweet ish and high in protein low fat
I usually have oatmeal/cream of wheat plus banana plus protein shake or yogurt usually. I need me some variety, any ideas?
