Micros

i've been using a new app to log my food intake (nutritionix) and have been seeing a pattern that i'm only consuming trace amounts of vitamin E and no folic acid.

Should this be a major concern? My macros are damn near spot on so i really don't want to fuck around with what i eat, plus i'm lazy, so of course i would enjoy better living through chemistry by supplementing them if need be.

I take b12 injections regularly, i also take 1mg of folic acid because it helps the b12 get into the cells.
Not really a answer to ur question lol but what im saying is folic acid is a good supplement to take and having good levels is important for b12 absorbtion etc

Simple solution for the vitamin E could be Almond milk. It has has little calories, about 30 a cup, and a ton of vitamin E. Just mix a protein shake with it instead of water.

Good stuff. Highly encourage everyone run their diet thru chronometer once and a while to check their micros. Often overlooked.
