Hi I’m new on this forum, been training 16 years non stop, currently looking for my pro card. I’m 4 weeks out.

Upload a back double bicep or a variation of that pose. Your physique is one I myself would be happy with. Congrats. As far as competing, looks like your shots on stage show you could come in much leaner and with more muscle for the weight cap. That's probably where you will do damage. Have you seen the level of conditioning brought by Olympia classic physique guys? Look at Chris bumstead quads. Try and get peeled like that, you have Alot of size and apear to have good structure. Get crazy conditioned, you need to in order to make a name for yourself on that division more than any. Good luck.

I’m 178 cm 104 kg atm, I’m prepping for classic physique class c.

You’ve definitely added noticeable size, I was going to ask how old those stage shots were- you’re arms and delts have come up a lot.

Have you prioritized certain body parts since your last show?

That photos was from 2016, yeah I competed in mr Olympia amateur 2018 but unfortunately didn’t have any pics. I trained more delts and back.
Now I’m better than before [emoji1317][emoji1317]
