I like the idea of brewing some of my own product and appreciate there’s thousands of pages of information on this forum which is great and not so great when there’s so many opinions and views.
I’m looking to make a basic batch but would prefer to be mentored through the process by someone with lots of experience. I enjoy reading the board but sometimes difficult to differentiate between who to listen to and who not to.
If anyone could recommend a mentor who I could speak to regarding going through the process with me on a one to one that’d be ideal. Happy to pay for the services of one of the better guys. Alternatively, if people could name the guys with good reputations of brewing then I’ll also happily look out for their posts and take notes from them.
