I'm back at it again going for the state records at my weight class. I've only been back into strength based training for a few weeks but my strength is coming back pretty fast.Currently I have my training maxes a bit low while I'm getting back into it. In a few weeks I'm going to recalculate them and hope to have predicted maxes of 365 bench, 455 squat, and 565 deadlift.
if it matters, I am natty ATM, that may or may not change depending on my progress in the gym.
I will update with my morning fasted weight and my workouts daily. Currently I'm in a higher rep phase and I'll probably keep it that way for another 6 weeks
