Meal plans.

I've tried a local guy. He raised prices to 11.00 a meal. Tried 5% meal plans for past month at like 8.50 shipped. But I'm not impressed with the food at all. Any suggestions on someone that ships to east coast. Working 50 hrs week at full time job, training every other day and rehabbing a house doesn't leave much time to cook. Any help would be appreciated.

Personally it only takes me about an hour to meal prep for the week, I normally do my meal prepping on a Sunday. I work 80 hours a week and have time to get my meals and workouts in as well as able to prep. Save your money and try to put some time aside for prepping its worth it:p

What sort of stuff do you prep? I usually spend an hour just cooking a week's worth of chicken. I cut it into chunks, split it into a few different seasonings, bake it, and clean up and that's about all the meal prep I do. That and throwing rice in the cooker every few days.

Same stuff as you just said man, when it's really tough to put in much effort for prepping I will use a slow cooker while I'm at work and just do the rice n veg when I get back.

Cooking is much cheaper but I did use icon meals during peak week leading into my show.. Food is great but holy fuck shipping cost about as much as the order itself

A woman near me just started meal prepping meals for people at $6.50/meal, but it's still nowhere near as cheap as prepping myself. I cook enough for 3 days, and then cook again for another 3 days worth. I cut mine up into cubes like you do except I cook in a skillet while my broccoli is boiling, cutting the chicken up is the time consuming part:(

Damn my hats off to ya.....80 hrs a week and you still prep chow and train.
I feel like a puss complaining bout my schedule now. Thanks:)
