Anyone use marijuana as a tool for eating, sleeping, ect?


I find it greatly helps my appetite, helps muscle pain, helps me drink enough water, and helps me not get too aggressive or mean when I'm on a lot of gear.

I only use it post workout though. I like to be in a pissy mood when I'm at the gym, helps me lift that big boy weight.

I am extremely discreet about it though and only vape once or twice a day.
 
I do and have for many years. Mostly at night, sleep aid...gives me an appetite. Only downside I can find is maybe elevates prolactin?
 
I can see it being used for a sleep aid but that's about it, although yeah, it will give you the munchies but you better make sure you don't have too much junk food lying around.

Funny thing when I was younger and it was illegal, I liked it. Now its legal and I don't even care for how it makes me feel anymore. Go figure.

yes, it's called being an enhancement smoker....but after 15 years it just became smoker. then the vape pen replaced smoke. now it's just a daily attitude adjustment as needed. also helps me space out through cardio.

I use edibles each evening to help with sleep and apatite. Occasionally smoke but much prefer eating it.
 
I start smoking after my gym session in morning around 6am, by the time I'm home I have the appetite for a good meal, I then carry on smoking throughout the day for it's many other benefits. Luckily my lifestyle allows this.
 
Sour D + Gorilla Mode = effortless enjoyable cardio and workout, 2 hrs later my chariot turns back into a pumpkin. Best 2 hrs of my day though

Absolutely, I use it and look at it the same exact way as you do, mainly post out and post work 2 -3 vape hits a day..

I usto to be a huge pot head. smoked all day, quit for a few years then realized when I started aas use I could use it as a tool in moderation.

Honestly I think it is a miracle drug for the right people.
 
I use a nice sativa pre-workout. It helps me get my mind in a perfect zone. I find myself really tapping into the mind muscle connection. A heavy indica for eating and resting. To each thier own. #Hailtheleaf

I was introduced to marijuana by a member of the VA when I was having some issues adapting back to civilian life after two deployments to Iraq. Marijuana and bodybuilding have GREATLY improved my quality of life. I think it's an excellent tool when used in moderation or when combined with a healthy lifestyle.
 
I use it to help get food in when bulking but sometimes it gives me anxiety. Depends on my state of mind and the strain of course.
 
Ahh I miss marijuana. Stopped because it was holding back career opportunities for me. Have to say though the only way I can run tren is with alot of weed.
 
Not pot for me anymore but my cycle/enabler buddy just gave me his pre workout Jam and it’s microdosing shrooms with b-12. Kinda reminds me of the old bezerker who would cover their face in crushed mushrooms aka psycoblan before battle and he says his workouts have never been this intense. I have to try this level of dedication/crazy!
 
Yes, for sleep. Sometimes I add-in a CBD gummy (which I don't think does anything but whatever).

Never during the day because I don't like the way it makes me feel. Only for sleep.

Munchies aren't a problem because I'm usually asleep shortly after.
 
I personally don't partake (military). But I don't see an issue with responsible moderate use.

We grow when we recover and if it helps you wind down and get into a parasympathetic state and sleep better I only see it helping recovery

I myself is a light user nowadays but used to be a huge user when I was a young man as it helped keep depression at bay.
 
MJ is motivating for me. Works as a great pre workout for the extra mind-muscle connection, pre yard work or any other brainless task that needs a little umf to get you in the mood to do.
Cannot sleep on it, doesn’t matter if it’s indica or sativa I’m up for hours after I smoke.

Wow, I am the exact opposite. Never want to do much except get cozy and sleep.
