Opened this thread cause I just went through this, I had orange flavoured EAAs and it tasted like gross bitter orange peels

I added Gatorade too it and it took 2 days to acquire the taste but now I actually like it

try adding half a bottle if real Gatorade instead of the powdered stuff?
all EAA that I tasted were rare muck (((

I did the same thing to save money, and I agree, unflavored EAAs taste like shit.

I found a way to make the drink somewhat tasty ( I wouldn’t call it delicious but I have no problem getting it down.

1. Start with a half gallon container
2. 1/2 cup pure pomegranate juice (good for clearing plaque from the artists and general vitamins and antioxidants.)
3. Half cup of pure cranberry juice. (Good for iodine, the urinary tract, and more antioxidants)
4. 1 cup of tart cherry juice. (Supposedly improved recovery, not too sure on that one though, also said to benefit sleep but not sure on that one either, it at least tastes good and has good vitamins and phytonutrients)
5. 20g EAAS
6. 5G creatine
7. 10 g glutamine (great for digestion, especially on tren)
8. 1/4 tsp salt (I like pink salt but it probably doesn’t matter at all)
9. 1/4 tsp salt substitute, it’s potassium
10. The one thing I do pay for a premade product, i like the animal pak powder multivitamin, I think the cherry flavor goes well with the juices, I use 2 scoops for a full serving.
11. Fill the rest with water until you’re at a half gallon

That gives you about 50-60 grams fast digesting carbs to fuel your workout, lots of things for hydration and recovery, as well as general health.

It is necessary to try to cook and test in training.
