"Magic Solution"

While researching Home Brews, I come across "magic solution" are they refering to BA & BB.
if so why dont they just say so and give the actual amounts like others do..feedback appreciated as I am about to homebrew a batch of Test C...

That's all it is. They don't say what it is because people would just look it up and buy it from a research supply company for cheap...that's what I do...
