Macro info on test/tren

I'm at 180lbs and running 300trenE and 400TE weekly. I know where my macros should be but should I up the calories running this gear or not and if so which calories?? What should my cal intake be and am I still good doing 40/40/20?? First time on tren but 3rd cycle. Been 3weeks now and I'm seeing a difference in the mirror and my arms I CANT FUKN WAIT FOR THESE NEXT 8-9 WEEKS!!! Thanks brothers and BTW I have read pages on pages on this site in last yr and haf but I'd like some info from guys been on same cycle. Also should I add var last 4 weeks or is it pointless because of the tren? Thx fellas looking forward to hearing back from u
 
You can decide a caloric intake based on the stack youre using.

how fat are you? Whats your natty estrogen levels and whats it now?

you could have 30/30/30 diet... it depends on a lot of factors...

A coach ask you a lot of info, see your pics, hear your history etc...

You can choose an amount of calories if you wanna bulk and then do some change accordingly to your reactions.

Everytime is a whole different story, influenced by a lot of factors
 
It’s too late now but honestly why don’t guys figure this out before they start taking drugs? Going on doesn’t magically change the way anyone should eat or workout. What it does do is allow you diet harder and hold on to more muscle. So basically you can suffer more.
